Refund Policy

⚠️ Read before purchase
This service offers 3 profiles free forever on the Free plan. Before purchasing a paid plan, please use the Free plan to verify it works in your environment and on your target sites.
After paid license activation, withdrawal of the contract is restricted (Korean E-Commerce Act Enforcement Decree Article 21 — digital content).
This refund policy is based on the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce ("E-Commerce Act") and the Content Industry Promotion Act. By paying, members are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
1. Full refund (within 7 days of payment + unactivated)
A full refund is available only when ALL of the following are met:
- Within 7 days of the payment date
- License key never activated (no key entry → no device binding yet)
- Zero profile launch records
"Activation" is the moment a device binding is recorded on the server, objectively verifiable in your My Page.
2. Non-refundable (change of mind after activation)
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After license key activation (from the moment device binding occurs)
- After launching a profile at least once
- Simple change of mind (environment mismatch, feature dissatisfaction, etc.)
- License suspended/terminated due to member's breach of Terms (Article 5)
- Fraudulent use as defined in the Terms (unauthorized key use, reverse engineering, redistribution, etc.)
- More than 7 days after payment (except for company-fault cases)
Legal basis: Korean E-Commerce Act Enforcement Decree Article 21(1)(5) — digital content that can be reproduced or processed: once provision begins, withdrawal may be restricted.
Prior notice: This restriction is disclosed during payment, via a checkbox on the checkout page, and in this refund policy.
3. Company-fault refunds (prorated)
If the service becomes unusable due to clear fault of the company, a prorated refund of the remaining period is provided.
- Continuous service outage of 7 days or more
- Failure to provide core features stated at purchase (profile limit, concurrent launches)
- Failure to issue/deliver the license key
- Material discrepancy between advertised and actual service
Not company fault: Blocks/detection on specific sites (e.g. Coupang, Facebook), policy changes by third-party services (proxy vendors, bot detection), member's PC/network issues, member's violation of site terms.
4. Subscription auto-renewal refunds
- Auto-renewal occurs on the payment date; notice emails are sent 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry.
- Full refund available within 7 days of renewal AND no use after renewal.
- If used at least once after renewal, no refund.
- To prevent next renewal: disable auto-renew anytime from My Page.
5. Refund request limits (fraud prevention)
- Each member (by payment method / email / device) may request a change-of-mind refund only ONCE in their lifetime.
- Identity verification (last 4 digits of card, payment date, etc.) may be required.
- On detection of repeated refund requests or fraud patterns, we may deny the refund and revoke the license.
6. How to request a refund
- Send the following info to [email protected]: [email protected]
- Email used at payment
- Receipt number (or Paddle/Toss transaction ID)
- Reason for refund (attach evidence if claiming company fault)
- Support replies within 1 business day
